When Shradha Sharma asked byju in an interview that; how he always stay enthusiastic?
He replied that
"Increase your aspirational level as much as possible because none of us ever made our aspirational level and keep on losing on yourself and keep on competing to yourself, try beating yourself every day, compete with yourself day-in and day-out.
Competition is not with others; competition is with yourself especially when you are creating something new and people have not done that before; competition has to be with yourself"
He highly emphasized having a competition with one ownself to beat the obstacle of discouragement and becoming energetic.
He also spoke in one of his interviews with Asianet Newstable regarding conceptual clarity where he was pointing towards building a strong base of knowledge as per one's passion to work effectively with clarity.

5.Focus on extra-curricular activities

Byju has been a sports enthusiast since childhood which encourages him to always be a part of extra-curricular activities. Byju had played six different sports including cricket, football, table tennis, and badminton. According to Byjus extra-curricular activities are equally important as studies, He says when we do something which is out of our expertise or work area we build a chain of learning new things in life and that's how he developed his passion for teaching turns it into an accomplishment, He used to actively participate in extra activities to learn new creative things in life. He says being an entrepreneur one needs to spend his/her time playing some sports to handle his/her aggression effectively because when we are working on high projects and activities our aggressive mind needs some or other ways to work with flexibility and playing sports somehow helps you cope up with negative aggression.
